NOVEMBER 9-18, 2019

Read-a-Thon promotes literacy and inspires excitement about reading, all well enabling students to raise funds for Glennwood. Students compete for classroom and individual prizes for the most minutes/hours read, and seek sponsors to encourage and support their efforts.

READING NIGHT

Each year, the SLT sponsors Reading Night to coincide with the Read-A-Thon. Students are invited to come out and hear stories told by their favorite Glennwood teachers and count the time toward their Read-A-Thon totals. Stay tuned for details!

HAVE FUN WHILE READING FOR A GOOD CAUSE

Other events, such as the book character parade at Community Circle, keep students excited about books and engaged in meeting their Read-A-Thon goals.
